A Tasty Breakfast Blend

This morning I made a quick and nutritious breakfast blend.

It is a wonderful gluten and dairy free, and also vegan friendly and grain free. It literally takes a couple of minutes to rustle up, and here is the recipe below:



1 avocado

1 banana

1 cup of coconut milk

1 table spoon of poppy seeds

1 tablespoon of flaxseeds


Blitz the avocado, banana and coconut milk in a blender until thick and creamy.

Then add the seeds and stir together.
