This wonderfully easy recipe makes for a yummy, wholesome snack, to enjoy with a nice hot cup of tea (green ;-)) or coffee.
1 cup of milled linseeds (I use the one from Lidl or Aldi with added Goji berries and pumpkin seeds).
1 handful of cashew nuts
1/cup shredded coconut
Mash bananas and place in a food processor with other ingredients. Blitz until smooth. Then gently form the mixture into patties and place on baking tray Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 mins or until golden.
Simple, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and paleo. Sorted!
