Ingredients

1 cup of green tea

2  medium apples

1 tsp cinnamon

1 pinch of nutmeg

1/4 cup of walnuts

1//4 cup ground linseeds

Method

Blend ingredients together until smooth and then add 1 hot cup of green tea. Serve immediately.
