Wild Mexicana Chilli Burritos

This recipe is for my wild Mexicana chilli burritos. This recipe is gluten free and vegan, and a real treat.


1 can of butter beans

1 can red kidney beans

1 can chickpeas

1 onion

1 cup passata

1/4 cup kale

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp ground garlic

2 gluten free wraps (per person)


Chop the onions and fry with the chickpeas and beans, adding the spices for around 5 – 10 minutes. Then add the passata and mix together, simmering for a further two minutes. Afterwards, serve with the gluten free wraps and get wrapping. Enjoy your burritos! I had mine with hummus and some green olives.
