This guacamole is tasty and, with the horseradish, really packs a punch nutritionally and in terms of taste.
When I did some research, I found a couple of interesting things out about this herb:
- it may help fight bacteria and stop spasms
- contains phytonutrients that may help to prevent cancer
- it is a good source of vitamin C, with 100g providing roughly 41% of the recommended daily intake
- it also contains moderate amounts of other vitamins and minerals, including potassium, manganese, iron, copper, zinc, and magnesium, with smaller amounts of folate, vitamin B2, B3, and B5.
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped horseradish
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
Blitz in food processor and serve with chilli
